Bamboo Exceeds Ford's Expectations in Durability Tests

Bamboo may become the next renewable material to be integrated into new Ford vehicles, according to a recent press release. The current lineup already contains a variety of plant-based eco-friendly materials, including:

  • Kenaf (a type of hibiscus), used in door bolsters in the Ford Escape
