Terrible terrible customer service!!!!! Went on a Saturday and they didn’t have the 2023 mustang California special on the lot, that said it was for sale online. Spoke with a very rude sales man named Mario Murillo which lied to me on multiple different aspects of the car. One being which the car was supposedly going thru maintenance but was actually being took on a joy ride by one of the owners which put 300+ more miles on the car. Second when calling during the next week on Tuesday I was told the car was back from the shop and ready ...
We have been to multiple car dealers and only Ford was able to come thru for us when it comes to the price, to the %interest and monthly payment we are comfortable with a car we want. It took too long. Three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. What’s the point of having an appointment? Wait! Only an oil change but still the same price. Thee hours, half of the services, same price, AND no wash.

I ordered 2023 Hybrid Maverick in Sept. 2022, and finally went to Puente Hill Ford dealership to pick-up on Sept. 8, 2023. I was very excited and happy to pay it off. Couple weeks later, I reviewed my signed document and had some issues about purchased some options that dealership offered. I contacted dealership and Aydin Hamouni, sale manager, took care of everything that I needed. He responded sincerely and professionally. It was more than I expected. It made me feel like a VIP customer. 5 stars customer service.

Paid $129.57 for "the works" package which includes oil/filter change, tire rotation, etc. Tires WERE NOT rotated... The front passenger side wheel has very noticeable damage... it's still on the front passenger side... who knows if everything else was done... hope at least the oil and filter were changed and they actually used full synthetic oil.. and it took two and a half hours.. made an appointment, arrived at 2:45, car wasn't done until 5:15..
Everything was fine. I glad we didn't leave the are because we got a call that the work was done within 90 minutes.

Very bad service from the person who was helping me. I disagreed on a certain charge and still paid it and left it at that. Then he left to bring me my car to me, but before he did that, he decided it would be funny to have my heater on for 10 minutes on full blast. Everyone was very helpful and courteous through the entire process. When we showed up they had the car we were interested in already waiting for us. We immediately took a test drive and then the paperwork started.
Shannon was not very concerned about the issues with my car, did not explain well the desired outcomes and why it was necessary to apply the fixes and then wanted to charge an exorbitant amount. Nor did give me confidence in the service nor dealer knowledge.
